Dog Park Disaster Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Dog Park Disaster mobile game ("the game") handles information. The game is made by Era Motion Studios LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). The privacy policy for our website is separate, at eramotionstudios.com/privacy.

The short version

  • You don't need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or photos.
  • Your game progress is saved on your own device, not on our servers.
  • Free players see ads from Google AdMob. Google may collect some device information to show those ads, as described below.
  • In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
  • We don't sell your personal information.

Information the game does not collect

The game does not ask for or collect:

  • Your name, email address, phone number, or home address
  • Your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone
  • Your precise location (GPS)
  • Any account or login details

Information saved on your device

The game saves the following on your device so you can pick up where you left off:

  • Your level progress and stars
  • Your boosters and purchased items
  • Your settings, such as music volume, sound effects volume, and hints

This information stays on your device. We don't receive it. Deleting the game from your device deletes this information.

Ads (Google AdMob)

Players who haven't bought Ad-Free may see ads between levels. They can also choose to watch an ad for extra moves. These ads are provided by Google AdMob.

To show ads, measure how they perform, and prevent fraud, Google may collect information from your device, such as:

  • Your IP address, and your approximate location based on it
  • Your device type, operating system, and app version
  • How you interact with ads

The game does not ask for Apple's permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. That means Google doesn't receive Apple's advertising identifier from the game.

Where the law requires it (for example, in the United Kingdom and in some U.S. states), the game shows a consent message from Google before ads load. That message lets you choose how your information is used for ads.

In-app purchases

The game offers optional in-app purchases, such as Ad-Free, the Supporter Pack, and booster packs. Apple processes every purchase. We never receive your payment card or bank details. Apple only lets the game know that a purchase was completed, so the game can give you what you bought.

Crash reports from Apple

If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device's settings, Apple may send us crash reports and usage statistics. These don't identify you personally. We use them only to fix problems and improve the game.

Children

Dog Park Disaster is a family-friendly game, but it is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The ads in the game are set to show family-friendly content.

If you're a parent or guardian and you believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us using the details below and we'll help.

Your choices

  • Ads: You can change your ad consent choices in the consent message, where it's offered. You can also buy Ad-Free to turn off all ads.
  • Personalized ads: In your iPhone's settings, you can limit personalized ads from Apple. You can also manage Google's ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com
  • Your saved data: Deleting the game from your device deletes all game data saved on it.

Where the game is available

The game is not currently offered in the European Union.

How long we keep information

We don't keep a copy of your game data, because it's stored on your device. Crash reports from Apple are kept only as long as we need them to fix problems.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Big changes may also be noted in the game's App Store update notes.
